Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup soft dried apples
- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup from Canada
- 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp filtered water (optional)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until crumbling.
- Scoop ¼ cup crumbles into your clean hands and squeeze together, roll into balls.
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
