- 2 containers of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups watermelon, seeded and cut into cubes
- 1 cup pitted black olives, halved
- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup from Canada
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
