Ingredients
- 2 oz Bombay gin or dry style gin
- 1 oz Canadian maple cocktail syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- A few sprigs rosemary, for garnish
CANADIAN MAPLE COCKTAIL SYRUP
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup from Canada
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
CANADIAN MAPLE COCKTAIL SYRUP
- Add 1/2 cup pure maple syrup from Canada and 1/2 cup of water to a small saucepan over media heat. (You can experiment and decide how much of a maple flavor you want in your syrup. The more maple you use, the thicker the syrup and stronger in flavor it will be.)
- Stir until blended.
- Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. Will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator.
