Ingredients

  • 6-8 cranberries
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz pink pepper maple syrup (Recipe in house *)
  • A few cranberries and maple sugar to garnish

RECIPE IN HOUSE: PINK PEPPER MAPLE SYRUP

  • 1 cup maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavor)
  • 1/4 cup pink peppercorns

Method

  1. Put the cranberries in your shaker and crush with a pestle.
  2. Add the other ingredients.
  3. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a few cranberries dusted with maple sugar.

RECIPE IN HOUSE: PINK PEPPER MAPLE SYRUP

  1. Put ingredients into a sous vide bag, seal, and place in a container of hot water with the immersion circulator set to 140 °F for 3 hours.
  2. Transfer the bag to an ice water bath until it comes to a temperature of less than 59 °F.
  3. Strain through a coffee filter and bottle.
