Ingredients
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 oz amaro (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- 1 tsp maple vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 4 oz sparkling maple water
- 3 fresh raspberries (to decorate)
Method
- Choose a 350 ml (12 oz) highball glass and crush the first four raspberries in it.
- Add the amaro and maple vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
- Fill with ice cubes and stir with a spoon until the glass feels freezing to your fingers.
- Top up with the sparkling maple water.
- Garnish with the three raspberries on a cocktail pick.
