Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup thick natural yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (preferably golden syrup for its delicate flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise with yogurt. Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Season generously and let rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend prior to serving.
