Buttermilk Maple Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 5 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup (for sweeter waffles, use 1/4 cup)
Method
- Preheat the waffle maker
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Add wet ingredients to the bowl
- Whisk until the batter is smooth
- Use your waffle maker according to manufacturer instructions
